We often believe that we should overcome our difficulties on our own and that seeking help is a sign of weekness,
in fact we structure our reality in interaction with others and when faced with personal difficulties we need someone's help in order to release the ego-strength required to find the solutions that alone we cannot identify.
Overcoming excessive stress,depression or anxiety in not an easy task in the best of circumstances. It requires ego-strength, resiliance and clarity of mind.
